Sustainability is a bad word.

It's a nice idea, being able to maintain our society in the ecosphere and all that. But the word itself is a fail. Underachieving, technical and way too many letters to fit on a reusable mug. What's worse, it has no objective definition.
It's the issue of our age, but it's a fact that most folks are still more interested in convenience, performance and what colour things come in.
So how can you show off your brand advantages and your planetary cred? First, figure out what sustainability means for YOUR business. Then listen to your customers and see what really matters in their world. There's a sweet spot for your brand in there somewhere.
